Why we fight

On the not-so-good days, the scary days, and the frustrated days, I watch this and think about all of the things he CAN do. And I remember that I'm the one that teaches him that.

You have already taught him so much. He is the most amazing little boy I know. You have taught him so well that his disability goes unnoticed when I play with him. He doesn't have an ounce of self-pity in him, which is a testament to the kind of mother you are. I really think there is nothing that he can't do. It may be a longer journey, but he will get there because of the amazing support you give him.

(And having two younger sibilings who won't let him off that easy helps, too. :-) )
