So this weekend I went to Atlanta and hung out with a friend. It was the most awesome experience ever!! I mean, I've been to Atlanta before, all the touristy things.. but never like this. I saw things I have never seen in a city before. I went atop the largest building in Atlanta (which is closed to the public) and saw a 360 degree view of the city. I visited the Fox theatre- a historical theatre downtown. I went to the gay pride rally at Piedmont park, which was a beautiful park with live music. It was the best park I have ever been to. I also enjoyed the culture of Virginia Highlands this downtown shop deal with these amazing little shops in them. I got to ride in a convertable downtown, beautiful day. I ate at this place called Everybody's pizza which is arguably the best pizza in Atlanta. It was a day that I will seriously never forget. I have been to a LOT of cities but nothing, not San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Sacremento, L.A., Eugene, Seattle NOTHING compared to this one. It is by far the best city I have EVER been to. If you get a chance to go..... take it. But don't go to the crappy touristy parts, call me and I will show you the cool parts.
