Tea: a drink with jam and bread

I have never been a tea drinker. Sweet tea is about the only kind of tea I drink, and even then it has to be super sweet and super cold for me to enjoy it. That kind of defeats the purpose of tea.

When pressed, I have been known to sip the occasional cup out of politeness. But it hasn't really been until recently that I have even thought of drinking an entire cup. What's really funny is, I only drink it when I'm with Lauren. She brings over some tea bags, and we chat away and sit leisurely and before I know it, I've sipped an entire cup. How does that happen? I don't know. Her influence on me is overwhelming sometimes.

But, oddly enough, I do find it to be quite soothing, particularily on a cold and rainy day (like today). She calls me up and says, "I'm bringing over this new amazing tea you just HAVE to try." And all-of-the sudden I am so excited and can't wait to try this new deliciousness.
I just want to know: When did I become a tea drinker?
